We#39;re looking for a detail-oriented Booking Planning Organizer to help bring the moving pieces of a trip together. This is a remote position for someone who enjoys organizing information, helping people, and making sure details don#39;t get overlooked.

You#39;ll work with clients to gather trip preferences, research options, organize reservations, and keep travel details in order. You#39;ll also help maintain itineraries and follow up on important information as plans come together.

What You#39;ll Do

• Organize travel plans, reservation details, and itinerary information
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and destination options
• Communicate with clients to understand their plans and preferences
• Keep client information and trip details accurate and organized
• Follow up on reservations, updates, and outstanding details
• Use online platforms and digital tools to manage planning tasks
• Provide friendly, reliable support throughout the planning process
